Q) Why did you choose Ms. Oka?
A) I wanted to send my children overseas to study and I had previously visited Singapore, so when I saw “Study in Singapore” I contacted Ms. Oka. She responded quickly and was able to answer all of my question in a very efficient and accurate manner. She was able to explain the visa process and made me feel comfortable that she would be able to support myself and my children.
Q) How did you feel about the level of service?
A) Ms. Oka is also a parent and understood our concerns. She crafts her services to suite each client and considers our individual circumstances such as our intended length of stay, school preferences and even what activities we like to do as a family. She found the perfect school and helped us adjust to life in Singapore.
Q) Were you satisfied?
A) It’s hard to put a price on peace of mind, so when I had some trouble at summer camp Ms. Oka was able to understand my concerns and was able to offer valuable advice. I was quite anxious at the time as I didn’t have any family or friends to help support myself and the children, but Ms. Oka was there for us, thank you very much.

A) I chose Ms. Oka because her quick response to my questions was polite and easy to understand.
Q) How did you feel about the level of service?
A) I participated in the 3 week Summer programme but I didn’t know anything about Singapore so I was very anxious before I left. But Ms. Oka explained to me in detail the process I would need to follow before entering Singapore. She also helped me understand emails from the school and helped me in many other ways with many things I could not do by myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A) Yes, totally worth it, thank you so much.
Q) Why did you choose Ms. Oka?
A) I am a repeat customer as I was quite happy with Ms. Oka. I was very worried about COVID-19 as this was our first Summer camp in 3 years. But I was satisfied with the initial consultation session so I decided to go.
Q) How did you feel about the level of service?
A) Ms. Oka made the reservations, help interpret when communicating with the school, assisted with leaving Japan and entering Singapore. Once in Singapore she helped me setup a local SIM card and introduced me to many local facilities such as playgrounds and restaurants. She even helped organise a PCR test to allow us to return to Japan.

A) In the few years since we last visited Singapore so much has changed. So I am very satisfied with Ms. Oka service which was even better the second time. Thank you so much, see you next year.

A) Ms. Oka really understood my concerns as a mother. She was able to give us valuable advice about the real conditions in Singapore at that time.
Q) How did you feel about the level of service?
A) Ms. Oka assisted me with my Singapore Visa application as the rules were constantly changing due to COVID-19, I ‘m so glad for her help as I had no idea about all the new regulations. Ms. Oka was able to assist with all documents and evidence I needed for the Singaporean government and the school. She also help us choose the right school and communicate with the school. Even after entering Singapore I had trouble ordering coffee in Chinese but with Ms. Oka’s support, after about a month we were able to enjoy our Singapore life.

A) Very Satisfied! She made a difficult process so smooth, one day I would like to be like her. Even though I can’t speak much English there are many kind people in Singapore who were kind enough to make the extra effort to understand me. I’m so glad I choose Singapore as my study abroad destination.

A) Ms. Oka was introduced to me through a friend who told me she was very kind.
Q) Why choose Singapore during COVID-19?
A) I was attracted to the idea that my kids could lean both English and Chinese at the same time. Also there were lots of vacancies at the time.

A) Ms. Oka made the whole process so smooth, I don’t really understand English, so I left everything to Ms. Oka. She explained everything in an easy to understand terms.

So my anxiety calmed and before I knew it I was having as much fun as the children.
